The Employers Agent role can be varied to suit the individual client; however, the role in essence is to act on behalf of the client and administrate the terms of a Design & Build Contract. The actual scope would be determined early on between client and us. Typically, the Employers Agent sits between a client and contractor and completes task as the clients representative. Taking on this level of responsibility requires clear structure to be establish, understanding the brief, budget and programme are essential to delivering a quality finished project.
