Concepts and Visualisation
It is sometimes difficult to describe the dream development or building, we believe in taking time with clients in making their dream come to fruition. We offer a variety of concept realisation and visualisation techniques to develop your ideas before fully developing your brief, please ask about how we can help you in realising your dreams. Below is brief description of some of the techniques we use;
Magic Marker Visuals – This sketchy style of imagery is ideal to portray an initial concept and is typically used during feasibility or planning stages of a project. Increasing we are being asked to create the Magic Marker to accompany bid presentations to funders to show the amount of possible development.
Massing Cloud Visuals – A basic computer generated image which is used to show the mass of a building or development site, this style of visual is particular useful for setting a development within the visual landscape context or demonstrating the environmental impact of a development on neighbouring properties, particularly useful when considering loss of light.
Full External CGI’s – A full detail CGI (Computer Generated Image) would represent a scheme as it will be built. As well as a communication tool for clients, planning officer and builders to understand the desired building as it would show the selected materials, this style of visual is also often adopted as a sales and marketing medium. As well as the external aesthetic, we can also produce Internal CGI’s which indicate materials, furniture, signage, day light. Internal CGI’s are an essential tool to demonstrate space planning.
