Construction Management is a bespoke service where Corporate Architecture takes on the duty of managing individual trades to deliver a project. One contractor will be engaged as principal contractor with Corporate Architecture managing.
The service; Although not a core part of our business, Corporate Architecture can take on Construction Management for more complex projects, or where a single principal or main contractor would not be able to manage a project. On such projects, we manage operations on-site and the procurement of materials etc. Please ask for further details.
