Originally designed for Welcomm Communications, Corporate Architecture oversaw the design and project management of this bespoke, 3-storey office building, which forms part of the new Peaker Park Development at Market Harborough. The structure allows for open plan layouts to be available on each floor, whilst ensuring the potential for sub-division to three individual lettable units.
