The brief was developed following the established need for high quality B1 category office accommodation within the local area. As part of the ongoing developments within the Peaker Park site governed by PrimeLife Developments Limited, the brief was to provide a three storey high quality rentable office space, combing a modern aesthetic, whilst maximising the amount of rental space.
