The brief was to provide a modern versatile open plan office space, encompassing two strategically planned floors for client occupation. Providing usable floor space of no less than 4000sqft meant maximising internal spaces whilst avoiding segregation was required to meet the clients, Clements Properties, exacting brief to Corporate Architecture Limited.
