From urban brown field sites, edge of countryside developments or large scale masterplanning projects, we provide our residential developer clients with a range of services to develop their site, through carefully considered creative designs which add value for our clients.
Commencing with an appraisal of the site which assesses the physical environment and context, from broad concepts to the smallest detail, we offer proportionate appraisals which consider site connectivity, orientation, features and terrain as well as the feasibility to develop.
Following an appraisal, we work closely with clients and their teams to produce concept designs, consulting with relevant stakeholders at early stages, before taking the final chosen concept to developed design and through the planning process. We view the planning process as a collaborative approach, seeking the best design to meet planning policies and the sites commercial potential.
We guide our clients through all available services which are selected from a menu of services consisting of viability, planning, detailing and developing schemes. In addition to ensure your project runs smoothly, we can advise and assist with the tender process, project monitoring and management, through to completion and occupation.
We also provide a developer detailed design only service, normally to larger more established developers. We hold and maintain stock housetype designs. Maintaining and updating designs to current legislation, changes to design aesthetic or commercial review of stock housetype designs.

A development of 8 individual houses designed and detailed by Corporate Architecture in Woodhouse Eaves, Leicestershire has been awarded a prestigious award of Best Small Housing development in the UK. The developer client was not only proud at what was created, but also only too pleased to provide an insight into his working relationship with Corporate Architecture.
Ian Jowett, Managing Director of Willmark Homes selected Corporate Architecture for the project, Ian was keen to select a practice which could not only create attractive creative houses, but one who understood the technical challenges of the topography and arboriculture of the site.
